Refund policy

Returns of Pilgrim Shop merchandise are allowed 30 days from the date of purchase. The merchandise being returned must be received in new, unworn, unwashed condition with tags still on. Merchandise must be returned in original packaging when applicable. A receipt or proof of purchase must be presented to staff for merchandise to be eligible for return. Returns will be credited back to the customer using the original payment method. Please note that shipping charges for orders placed online will not be refunded, unless the package was incorrectly shipped, or you received defective merchandise. If you are unable to return your merchandise in-person, we ask that you cover return shipping charges. To avoid paying return shipping costs and speed up your refund, you may return merchandise in-person to the Pilgrim Shop @ NEC located at 20 Main St, Henniker, NH 03242. The Pilgrim Shop does not issue direct exchanges on merchandise. Store credits may be issued at Manager’s discretion in extenuating circumstances.
